Usage Instructions:
Prepare by diluting with double the quantity of water, then incorporate 10g of our copper plating additive per kilogram of the diluted mixture. Ensure thorough blending.
Submerge steel parts that are free from oil, rust, and have been adequately pickled, in the copper plating solution (Q / YS.112) for 10 to 60 seconds, then withdraw the items.
Rinse the steel components meticulously to remove any residues.
Passivate the newly applied copper layer to enhance its longevity.
Proceed with a final rinse and dry the components thoroughly.
Caution:
Exercise caution as this product is corrosive and must be kept away from skin contact.
Be aware that the solution will gradually be depleted during the plating process.
