3. Scope of Application:
This product is suitable for the surface activation treatment of electroplated nickel and chemical nickel, quickly removing the microscopic oxide film on the surface of the nickel layer, facilitating the next step of electroplating or chemical plating. This product does not affect the appearance and structure of the nickel plating, nor does it affect the original luster of the nickel layer. It is suitable for activation treatment before and after electroplating chromium, electroplating copper, and chemical plating, improving the adhesion of the coating.
4. Product Specifications:
(1) pH value < 5.0.
(2) Specific gravity > 1.0.
(3) Colourless and transparent liquid.
5. Usage Instructions:
(1) Dilute with water 0-2 times before use, using a plastic container to hold it, forming a working solution.
(2) Usage temperature: 20-50°C.
(3) Immerse the nickel workpiece in the working solution of this product for 3-5 minutes.
(4) After rinsing with water, it can be used for the next step of treatment.

6. Precautions:
(1) This product is irritating to the skin and should not come into contact with the body.
(2) Add the original solution during use to restore effectiveness. Keep the reagent covered to prevent evaporation and contamination.
(3) Wastewater should be neutralised with lime, allowed to settle, and then further processed.
